August 12th, 1991 Metallica released their self titled 5th album. Alternately referred to as the Black album this release has been a polarizing object of admiration and scorn by legions of metal fans. This week we decided to kick off 2022 by looking back at 30 years of the release’s existence with an old school FoM rambling discussion.
