German hard rock band Unbreakable will make their worldwide radio premiere on this week’s edition of “Streets Of Rock & Roll,” the acclaimed radio show hosted by Ron Keel and currently airing on over 50 FM/AM/online stations worldwide. Unbreakable’s debut album “Knockout” was produced by longtime Scorpions’ drummer and songwriter Herman Rarebell and will be released July 29th on Dark Star Records. Rarebell himself makes an appearance on Keel’s radio show to talk about the band and their music: “I feel like they have what it takes to go all the way, and they remind me very much of the Scorpions when we were young and first came to the United States,” he proclaims during the exclusive interview which can be heard in its entirety at http://StreetsOfRockNRoll.com. A complete list of affiliate stations and air times is also online there. Keel’s one-hour weekly broadcast often features the latest music from rock legends as well as giving the new generation of arena rockers a chance to be heard; another bright young star featured on this year’s Monsters Of Rock Cruise, 15 year-old Gabbie Rae, will be heard on the radio for the first time on this week’s episode of the show. “It’s important to acknowledge those acts – like Scorpions – who blazed the hard rock trail for all of us,” Ron states, “but it’s equally important to support acts like Unbreakable and Gabbie Rae who are the future of this music.” Links: |
