EP534 – Dog Eat Dog
In August of 1992 Warrant released “Dog Eat Dog” their follow up to 1990’s Cherry Pie. If fans expected more of the same they were in for a surprise. Warrant was doing things their way under the watchful eye of producer Michael Wagener. Sales were not what was expected but despite this setback the album did eventually earn gold status in states and it received much praise from the critics.
This week we sit down for the first of two weeks of talk with guitarist Joey Allen all about Dog Eat Dog and other pieces of Warrant history. Stay tuned next week for part two.
